After the South Bay Bicycle Master Plan was unanimously approved by the Torrance City Council Tuesday night it has now been successfully adopted by all seven City Councils!  Thank you Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Lawndale, Gardena and El Segundo!

And most of all, a heartfelt thank you to all our supporters and advocates who wrote emails, made phone calls and showed up to the Council meetings, who volunteered to do bike counts, who attended our public workshops, who volunteered at our bike valets and gave so much of their free time to make sure this golden opportunity was seized on behalf of safer, more connected and easier bicycling for all of the South Bay!  We could not have gotten this plan embraced or approved without you.

Next up, new bike lanes, bike routes and bike paths interconnecting all seven cities and getting you anywhere you want to go on a bicycle.  We look forward to working with you as we implement a far more bike-friendly South Bay.
